My addictions

So, I've realized that I'm a complete TV-geek...but I love it! Tv-shows are my favourite! Especially now over the holidays, when I'm trapped up in our country house,  I'm feasting on all the wonderfulness that American TV can offer.
Here's a list of my fave's:

1. Revenge - I started watching this last week and I LOVE it! Its all about rich people in the Hamptons with a slightly darker background..hard to explain but its FABULOUS! lots of suspense :D

2.  Modern Family - This show is just plain greatness- funny, witty and simply one of the best! I devoured this show last week as well, 2.5 seasons in 2 days...I have no life when I'm on break!

3. Once upon a time - This isn't one of my favourites, but its still good. Fairytales vs Reality and such, definatley entertaining.

4. Game of Thrones - this is a one of a kind show, so well made and so enthralling! unfortunatley its been on hiatus for quite some time now, think it returns in april or so.

5.  The Secret Circle - The witch equivalent of Vampire Diaries....Kind of. Great show and everything, although it seriously lacks some great looking boys. Nothing compared to Stephen and Damon Salvatore!

6. Pretty Little Liars - Top 3! definatley! One of the best teen shows out there!

7. The Vampire Diaries - Vampires..hot vampires...nuff said.

8. The Lying Game - Entertaining, suspensfull..great!

9. Gossip Girl - I think everyone knows what GG is, Love it!

10. Hart of Dixie - Cute scenery, accents and Rachel Bilson! <3


So all in all, way to many shows to be counted as healthy! And I still want more..got any suggestions?

Decorations around the house

 I'm exhausted! These past few days have consisted of cleaning, cooking & decorating...constantly! + not being able to procrastinate thanx to our internet being broken up until yesterday.  I know I've been making loads of christmassy posts...but I've got to take advantage of the time of year, right?

Tomorrow is Christmas eve! Waking up early, opening stockings, great food, games and presents..s'gonna be fabulous! What kind of traditions do you have?

Snooow???

Heeyyy!...heheee.... long time no write, eh?
So, I've been majorly slacking, which maybe you've noticed...I don't really have a super valid explanation, but all in all, I've been really stressed about school and such things and whenever I haven't been working on school, I've pretty much been sleeping. I actually went up to Stockholm last weekend to see a friend, which was a nice change, so I might show you some pics from that :)

Anyway, as I'm waiting for my cousins to arrive for the weekend, I thought I'd grasp the moment and update you. I'm in a really good mood today, thanx to many great things, not even the stress of the christmas shopping that I need to do or the spanish oral exam I have on monday is bringing me down today :)
Here's a little list of the things that make me happy right now:
- It's friday, and I've gotten through a particularly rough week :)
- I have an entire weekend ahead of me!
- I ACED a discussion-exam today in Humanities :D:D The teacher said I was the best in my group (yes, i might be bragging a litttllee, but I honestly always have an incredibly hard time with discussions/debates) 
- My cousins are coming soon :) haven't seen them in quite a long time!
- One of my favourite people in the world is coming home this weekend for christmas! :D
- Sunday, I'm meeting up with some girlfriends, one of which has been of fin england for the past 6 months, so that'll be sooo fun!
- The favourite person mentioned above is coming to stay on tuesday! <3
- Wednesday, I'm having a christmas breakfast with this person + 2 other favourite people!
- CHRISTMASSSSS HOLIDAYYYYSS in like 5 days!
- I'll get my permit for driving reaaal soon! so stoked!

etc etc....So you get it, I'm pleased about quite a lot of things right now! Hope that didn't bore you to death, perhaps it inspires you :) Make your own list about things that please you at the moment :)

On a slightly lesser note, I read something devastating in the newspaper today...something along the lines " Surprisingly mild weather this christmas" which in short terms translates to the probablility of getting snow being very slim! NO SNOW FOR CHRISTMAS?! :( We always get snow here! Can't remember a single christmas that hasn't been white....right now its just raining all the time. So hopefully the weather takes an unexpected turn and gives us some snow, or I'll be pissed (:
Whoever is in charge of the weather up there: You have about 6 days to go!

These are all from november last year...my longing for snow right now is unimaginable.. :(


Anyways, hopefully I'll get better at updating, I have a few ideas for some christmas-y posts :)

Right now in Humanities

Cuteness x 3

 So, I showed the couch I posted earlier to my mum since I thought the price was really good for a couch, she thought it was worth having a look at so yesterday afternoon we headed for Ikea and came home again with this little cutie! Its possibly the cutest couch ever :P But its quite good that its small because it fits my room better and I now have somewhere else to sit than just my bed:) Isn't it cute?

 

I also picked up these cute little snowflake lights which I put in a glass vase on my bookshelf, a start to the holiday decorating that I'll elaborate on when were closer to december.

Speaking of cute things..thought I'd throw in a picture of some cupcakes that my friend Sofia and I baked last weekend, they were sooo sweet! :P
